The National Youth Handball Team lost to Sweden and is in 13th place

The Junior Men’s National Handball Team lost 29-39 to Sweden and will challenge for places 13-16 of the European Championship held in Renti against Bahrain on Thursday.

In the first half, the representative group tried to stay close to the score and Dimitris Babatzanidis made eight operations. The superiority of the Swedes and their few mistakes brought their efficiency to six meters and brought 15-20 at the end of the half.

In the second half, nothing much changed, with the Swedish goalkeeper, Alexander Linden, having an efficiency rate of 39% in the 30 minutes he played.

Nikos Diakioulias was the top scorer for the National team with 7 goals, while for the Swedes Palmar had 8 goals.
