Notice with which the PAOK informed the friends of the “double-head of the North” that they would be able to procure them Season Tickets for the following year, from next Monday (03/07)issued today (30/06) by the PAE.

“PAE PAOK announces that on Monday (03.07) the sale of season tickets for the 2023-24 season will begin.
The prices include VAT

Disposition Periods
1st period (03.07.2023 09:00 to 26.07.2023 18:00) In the first sales period (until 26.07) season ticket holders of the 2022-23 season will have the right to renew their seat at the preferential renewal price and at the same time non-season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase a new season ticket in positions that were vacant last season.
2nd period (31.07.2023 09:00 to 01.09.2023 18:00) From 31.07.2023 09:00 onwards all positions that have not been renewed are freed up and made available for sale to anyone interested.
Season Ticket Categories
Renewal : Every 2022-23 season ticket holder has the right to renew their seat at a preferential price until 26.07.
New : Available on all ports.
Child (Up to 12 years): Any child season ticket of the 2022-23 season can be renewed provided that the renewal of the guardian’s season ticket has been preceded & that the year of birth of the child is from 01.01.2011 onwards. Not sold individually & will not be available at ports 4 – 4A – VIP – VIPA. Children’s 2022-23 season tickets that no longer meet the issue age criteria will only be eligible for renewal during the 1st period of availability from the stadium offices. The number of children’s season tickets available is limited.
DISABLED: In order to issue a disabled ticket, it is necessary to present a disability certificate of 67% or more valid until 31.05.2024. Disabled season tickets will not be available at gates 4 – 4A – VIP – VIPA. The number of disabled season tickets available is limited. PAOK PAOK will not store, even temporarily, any health data.
Points of Sale
A. PAOK PAOK official website The electronic season ticket distribution system will open on 03.07.2023 09:00 and will close for the 1st distribution period on 26.07.2023 18:00. For the 2nd sales period, it will open on 31.07.2023 09:00 and will be closed definitively on 01.09.2023 18:00. Sports fans will have the option of choosing one of three ways to receive the season ticket
It’s a ticket : Saving the season ticket in the wallet and entering the stadium using the QR Code on a smartphone/smartwatch or printing the season ticket as print@home (A4 paper), without printing the season ticket from the Toumbas stadium ticket office.
Free delivery via courier (Within Greece) : When purchasing the season ticket, it is necessary to enter the desired shipping address of the season ticket.
Received from the publishing houses of Toumba : Daily (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00) by presenting/showing any public identification document & online purchase reservation number. In the discount categories DISABLED or CHILD, it is necessary to present the relevant supporting documents.
Online purchase payment methods
Debit Cards
Credit card with the possibility of repayment in up to 10 interest-free installments. All credit cards from domestic credit institutions are accepted for purchase with interest-free installments except AMERICAN EXPRESS. No transaction can be made with a DINERS CLUB card.
Companies wishing to issue an invoice should select “sales invoice” at the payment stage & in the “document type” field and then enter the company’s details in the system. Payment must be made by company card. After checking the correctness of the declared company details, the invoice will be sent electronically to the owner’s email. In online purchases it is not possible to change the position or cancel the transaction.
B. Toumba field offices
From 03.07.2023 they will operate with the following hours: Daily: 09.00 – 18.00 Saturday & Sunday: Closed For the renewal or purchase of a new season ticket, the fan’s ID and AMKA must be presented. In the event that the fan cannot come to the offices of PAE PAOK, he will be served only through an authorized person with the presentation of the fan’s authorization, identification and AMKA.
Payment methods for purchase from the Toumba stadium offices
Cash (up to 500 euros based on Law N. 4446/16, Article 69 par. 2). Based on current legislation, transactions worth more than 500 euros must be paid by bank payment.

Deposit to PAOK PAOK bank account. The purchase of a season ticket is possible after contacting PAOK PAOK’s customer service department first and if the interested party follows the prescribed procedure that will be communicated to them via email.
The companies that wish to issue an invoice should inform about it before the payment stage and provide the complete details of the company. For transactions over 500 euros, payment must be made using a corporate bank payment instrument (debit/credit card/cheque/deposit).
Clarifications
During the 1st availability period and for transactions that will be carried out only from the PAEK PAOK offices, last year’s season ticket holders who wish to change seats or doors, will be able to choose from the seats that were not made available as season tickets in the 2022-23 season. Requests to change seats/doors will not be accepted during the 2nd availability period.
It is not possible to purchase a ticket in advance or with two payment methods (example: 1/2 cash – 1/2 credit).
Season tickets will not be available on home match days. Fans will only be able to pick up season tickets from their online purchases.
