Panathinaikos continued to progress with goals

Positive second sample with goals for Panathinaikos! Ivan Jovanovic’s team prevailed in their second friendly on Austrian soil 3-1 of the Slovenian Rogaska in Bad Erlach with Filip Mladenovic to make his debut.

Great goals from the “greens” with Ioannidis, Bernard and Magnuson finding the net with the highlight being the Icelander who scored with a free kick in 63′ and Vaiannidis to show that he can offer a lot. Next friendly for Panathinaikos on Tuesday (4/7) against Petrolul Proesti from Romania.

Just like in the first friendly on Austrian soil against Wiener Victoria, today too, the Serbian coach lined up Panathinaikos with a 4-3-3 system. Lodingin took on the task of defending the “green” goal, with Vaiannidis starting as a right back, while Huancar was on the left side of the defense and Senkefeld and Fikai formed the duo of stoppers. The pace dropped even more afterwards with Ivan Jovanovic passing Kaloskamis and Truige, who returned from his injury, in the match.
