The first addition of a foreigner for the new season in the Elite League was made by Megarida, as it announced the acquisition of Christian Bradford.

The 29-year-old guard (1.85m) has played in Kosovo, Ukraine, Montenegro and last year he was in Croatia with Osijek having good numbers.

The announcement:

Megaridos BC Youth Center is pleased to present Christian Bradford!

Christian is 29 years old, has a height of 1.85 and plays in the position of point guard. He learned his first basketball steps at Marion Military Institute, to be followed by two years (2016-18) at Radford University. From the 2018/19 season, his journey to Europe began. He played for KB Prizreni, a team from Kosovo, followed by Rahoveci (Kosovo), Politekhnik (Ukraine) and Teodo Tivat (Montenegro).

Last season he played in the Croatian A Division with Osijek with 16.7 points (53.6% on 2-pointers, 38.8% on 3-pointers), 4.6 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game and of course in the second division of the ABA League with the same team with even better numbers of 18.2 points (61% on 2-pointers, 33.8% on 3-pointers), 5.3 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.2 steals avg.

We welcome Christian to the “flame” and wish him primarily health, and secondarily to achieve the common goals we have envisioned for the new season by continuing the tradition of “good” Americans in the team!

In his first statements as an NEM athlete, Christian Bradford stated: “I am very happy to be given this opportunity to compete in Greece for the sake of NEM. I have heard nothing but good things about the team and its people. I’m looking forward to meeting my new teammates and the entire coaching staff and I hope we all have a great season together».
