Lamia announced the preparation program

The football players of Lamia are slowly getting into competitive rhythms again. PAE has announced the program of the summer training, with Thursday, Friday and Saturday being spent on the players’ exams, so that the next Monday the work can begin.

In detail, the preparation program is as follows:

• On Wednesday all the available footballers arrived in the city of Lamia for the final details ahead of the new season.

• On Thursday 6/7, the necessary blood tests will be carried out, as well as the mandatory cardiological test, with the players divided into two groups.

• On Friday 7/7 and Saturday 8/7 the football players, divided into two groups, will carry out their ergometric tests.

• On Monday 10/7 at 19:00 the first gathering will take place

– training at ‘Athanassios Diakos’, a process which will be open to fans.

• From 10/7 to 16/7 the team will train daily at the training center of Nea Ambliani in Lamia.

• On Monday 17/7, the team will leave for Holland, where they will stay at the hotel “The Fallon Hotel Alkmaar” and will carry out the main stage of their preparation until Sunday 30/7, where they will return to Greece.

• During her stay in the Netherlands she will face VVCS in friendly matches on Saturday 22/7 at 17:00 and on Saturday 29/7 Voledam at 15:30.

• After returning from the Netherlands, the team’s training cycle will continue in Lamia, where two more friendly games are scheduled, on Saturday 12/8 against NPS Volos at “Athanassios Diakos” at 19:00 and another on Saturday 6/8, the details of which will be announced with a later announcement.
