Luka Tsapan became a Kifissia player on Wednesday. PAE of the northern suburbs announced the signing of the 28-year-old Croatian centre-back, who last season played in Hungary with Honved.

“PAE Kifissia announces the start of cooperation with Lukas Tsapan, who plays as a central defender.
Luka Capan was born in Croatia on April 6, 1995 and started his football career with NK Zagreb before joining the Dinamo Zagreb Academy. He stayed at the historic Croatian club until 2015, celebrating winning the league title (2014), while he then played for Lokomotiv Zagreb (2015-2018).
In the summer of 2018, he transferred to Rijeka, with whose colors he made 90 appearances in three years in the league, Croatian Cup and Europa League. With Rijeka, he won the Croatian Cup in two consecutive seasons (2018/19 and 2019/20).
His first experience away from Croatia came in 2021/22 for Bursaspor. He stayed in the Turkish team for one year, making 30 appearances in the Turkish league and Cup. Last year, he wore the Honved shirt in 19 matches in the league and the Hungarian Cup.
The rich CV of Luka Tsapan includes – among others – also 22 participations in the qualifiers and the group stage of the Europa League.
