“Good evening, Antonis”: Rakov announced Tsiftsis

‘Kalispera Antonis’… With this saying the Rakov announced the acquisition of Antonis Tsiftsis on loan from Asteras Tripoli for the new season. The champion Poland therefore formalized the arrival of the Greek keeper, while also retaining an option to buy him.

With his transfer Tsiftsithe Greek parish in Rakov grows since there were already o Stratos Svarnas and Yiannis Papanikolaou.

“I’ve already learned a little about the city and got to know the team. I am very happy to be part of this team. I came here to give my best”the 23-year-old goalkeeper said in his first statements.

For his part, Rakov’s sports director, Robert Graff emphasized: “We have decided in this transfer window to loan out our young goalkeepers so that they have a better chance of getting valuable minutes on the pitch. However, we want to maintain competition in this position, which is why we have acquired Kasper Biesjad and now Antonis, hoping that each of them will develop their skills and be of value to this team.”
