Kortrijk: “The sale of the shares in the Kaminski Group has been officially canceled”

With a statement issued today at noon by the Belgian club, it announced the decision of the current administration to definitively cancel the sale of the club’s shares to the 65-year-old American businessman with roots from Poland, despite the fact that there was an agreement between the two sides.

The reason, of course, is the fact that the Kaminski family did not comply with the terms, and especially the financial aspects of the agreement, as, according to the Belgian media, not even… euro had been paid from the American company until July 6, when the relevant redemption deadline expired.

Let’s remember that the president of the group, Vincent Tanhad agreed with Maciek Kaminski, whose name had been associated with the purchase of his Panaitoliko some months ago, for the sale of the shares for the amount of 17 million euros.
