Repatriation for Ramsey, closed in Cardiff

The 32-year-old midfielder has terminated his contract with Nice and is ready to sign a two-year deal with his home club. The footballer’s desire to return to his “home” has existed for some time, and is now taking on “flesh and bones”, while the team itself has been considering this return intensively in recent months.

Now, only the medical tests remain, which will take place on Friday morning (13/07), in order to validate the big transfer.

In Nice, Ramsey has been since last summer, while he was ready to renew with the Nice team, for another year. But despite the good year he had, playing in 34 games, with 1 goal and 3 assists, he decided to stay free and play for Cardiff again after 15 years.

The goal of the “Bluebirds” is promotion from the Championship and a return to the Premier League, in which Ramsey spent 11 years as an Arsenal player. With the “gunners”, in fact, he scored 64 goals and 66 assists, in 369 matches. Playing, from there, for Juventus and Rangers, before playing in France.
