The “Union”, as it became known after the draw held at the offices of the European federation in Vienna, will face the Gornik Zabrze (Poland), Kriens Lucerne (Switzerland) and the winner of the pair Estands (Sweden) – Hannover (Germany).

The top two teams in each group advance to the main round, where they are again divided into 4 groups of 4 teams. The first of the groups advance directly to the quarter-finals, while the teams ranked second and third play play-offs, in home and away matches.
After the quarter-finals, the top four teams advance to the Final 4, scheduled for 25/26 May 2024.
