“Following AEK BC’s appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) regarding what happened in the quarter-final match between AEK – Hapoel Jerusalem on 12 April 2023, the penalty imposed on AEK BC for the 2023-2024 season is as follows:

1) A penalty is imposed on AEK BC, which entails the closure of 80% of its headquarters (Ano Liosia Olympic Hall).

2) For BCL matches, AEK BC will have the right to ONLY have nominal Season Tickets.

3) Access to the AEK BC grounds and stadium during BCL matches will only be allowed to holders of Season Tickets, valid and nominal, accredited BCL officials, AEK BC executives and staff, TV staff/commentators, media representatives, as well as all employees and service providers necessary for the organization of the match.

4) AEK BC should take security measures to prevent anyone without a Season ticket from entering the stadium and ensure that all other fans are at least 300 meters away from the stadium access.

5) AEK BC does not have the right to supply tickets to away fans.

6) AEK BC will not have the right to purchase tickets for their fans for their away matches.

7) In addition, a disciplinary fine of 50,000 euros is imposed on AEK BC”.
