With Cerin and Brown-Palmer, Panathinaikos’ mission to Marseille

by

Ivan Jovanovic and, by extension, Panathinaikos will have two new but… expected faces at his disposal in tomorrow’s match against Marseille for the 3rd qualifying round of this year’s Champions League.

That’s for Adam Cerin and Erik Palmer-Brown, with the Slovenian midfielder and American central defender replacing Zeka and Bart Senkefeld respectively on the relevant UEFA shortlist.

The latter, in fact, participated in a part of today’s training that took place in Koropi and with which the “clover” completed its preparation for the game with the French team.

The relevant press release in detail:

“With Tuesday’s afternoon training at “G. Kalafatis” the preparation of Panathinaikos for tomorrow’s match of the third qualifying phase of the Champions League against Marseille has been completed.

The program included warm-up, rondo, tactics and practice in the static phases. Part of the program was followed by Schenkefeld.

Brignoli, Lodigin, Xenopoulos, Vaiannidis, Huancar, Ruben, Ioannidis, Kleinheisler, Sporar, Bernard, Palmer-Brown, Cerin, Mancini, Tsokai, Jedvaj, Magnuson, Sideras, Mladenovic, Kotsiras, Djuricic, Palacios, participate in the team’s mission. Vilena, Verbitz”.
