OHE “draws” tomorrow for the Greek Cup

Cup rhythms come in from tomorrow (9/11) Greek handball, since at 14:00 in the offices of OHE the draw will be held Men and Women Cup, without the presence of union representatives due to the restrictive measures of the pandemic for Covid19 and for this reason will be broadcast online via Zoom.

The Men’s Greek Cup will be held with the participation of the 14 teams of the Handball Premier and the 9 clubs of the A2 Men.

Ηandball Premier: AEK, ASE Douka, AO Diomidis Argous, AS Ionikos NF, HC Salamina, GNON Aris Nikaia, Olympiakos S.F.P. Aeropos of Edessa

A2 Men: GAS Nafplio Polynikis, GS Papasideris Koropiou, PAO Doxa Vyrona, ASB Athinaikos, ESN Vrilissia, XANTH, GAS Kilkis, APS Aspida Xanthi, PAS Foivos Sykeon.

Only the A2 Men teams participate in the draw for the 1st round and will be placed based on geographical criteria.

1st Round: 4-5 / 12/2021

• The 4 teams of the North after a draw, will form 2 pairs that compete with each other. The 2 winning teams advance to the next round.

• The 5 teams of the South after a draw, will form 2 pairs that compete with each other. The 2 winning teams and 1 that will qualify without a match advance to the next round.

2nd Round (26/1/2022)

• The 5 A2 Men’s teams that qualified from the 1st round together with the 14 teams of the Handball Premier (19 teams in total) after a draw form 3 pairs that compete with each other. The 3 winning teams along with the 13 that will pass by advance to the next round.

3rd Round (TET 2/2/2022 or SBK 5-6 / 2/2022)

• The 16 teams that qualified from the 2nd round (3 winners of matches and 13 by) after a draw form 8 pairs that compete with each other. The 8 winning teams compete in the next round.

4th Round (26-27 / 2/2021)

• The 8 teams that qualified from the 3rd round after a draw form 4 pairs that compete with each other. The 4 winning teams advance to the Final4

Final 4 (SK16-17 / 4/2022 or PAR-SAB 29-30 / 4/2022)

The 4 winning teams of the 4th round will compete in the Final Four in a city that will be announced to you by the D.E.P.

Women’s Cup

The Greek Women’s Cup will be held with its 11 teams A1-A2 National Category:

Ο.Φ.Ν. Ionias, PAOK, AEP Panorama, AESH Pylaia, GAS Megas Alexandros Giannitson, AS Veria 2017, GAS Kamaterou, FS Ethnikos Kozani, ASB Athinaikos, APS Filippos, EGS Zafeirakis.

The Greek Women’s Cup will be held as follows:

1st Round: 27-28 / 11/2021

• After a draw, 3 pairs will be created which compete with each other. The 3 winning teams and the 5 that will qualify by qualify for the next round.

2nd Round: 18-19 / 12/2021

• The 3 winning teams of the 1st round together with the 5 teams that had “passed” by lot after forming a draw form 4 pairs that compete with each other. The 4 winning teams advance to the Final 4.

Final 4: The 4 winning teams will compete in the Final Four in a city and a date that will be announced by the D.E.P. of O.X.E.
