Giannis Antetokounmpo’s show and the “respect” for Messi

Lionel Messi made history with Inter Miamiwinning the first trophy in the USA with a victory over Nashville in the final of the Leagues Cup.

The one who stole the show was Giannis Antetokounmpowho attended the match, as he is a co-owner of the team from Tennessee.

The Bucks’ Greek star arrived by private plane in the city, in the company of his younger brother Alex. Naturally, upon entering the ‘Geodis Park’ pitch there was a frenzy, with the crowd applauding him.

However, he did not miss the opportunity to give his own showtaking a penalty with… rival Alex, and then celebrated like Cristiano Ronaldo does.

After the end of the final and Nashville’s loss on penalties, Giannis Antetokounmpo deified Lionel Messiwith a post he made on Twitter.
