Ben Foster announced… again his retirement from active action

Definitive endings to his career were put by Ben Foster.

The veteran England goalkeeper after deciding to return to the pitch last March to help the Rexam to be promoted, he announced that he was “hanging up” his gloves in old age 41 years old!

In fact, Foster wanted to announce his decision through his personal account on social media, stressing that: “The truth is that my performance this season is not at the level I demand of myself and I think it is the right time to retire.”

We remind you that Foster has gone through a great career of 22 years on the pitch defending the homes of Stoke, Bristol, Stafford, Kidderminster, Wrexham, Manchester United, Watford, Birmingham and West Brom counting in total 545 appearancesas well as eight with the England National Team.
