He threw… hammers at Brighton and West Ham broke their unbeaten streak!

by

They swept Brighton at the Amex and their unbeaten streak was broken by fierce West Ham. David Moges’ team, had a party at the home of the “seagulls” and with the terrible Areola as the protagonist and scorers Ward Prowse, Bowen and Antonio, achieved a great victory for the 3rd matchday of the Premier League.

Terrible pace from both teams, with plenty of chances on either side and Brighton gearing up for a big match against Newcastle next weekend.

In his matches, Paqueto missed a great opportunity in the 2nd minute, as did Antonio in the 17th minute, who was beaten by Wertbergen. In the 19th minute, West Ham took the lead with Ward-Prowse scoring his first goal for his new club.

In the second half, Brighton came close to equalizing with Areola stopping Ferguson from close range, while in the 49th minute Mitoma’s shot went wide.

However, in the 58th minute and against the flow of the match, West Ham reached 2-0 with Bowen, while four minutes later Antonio gave dimensions of triumph to the victory of the “hammers”.

De Gerby made changes in Brighton’s bid to pull off an epic comeback but the only thing he managed to do was cut through Gross in the 81st minute to make it 3-1.
