Criminal prosecution of Luis Rubiales the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Spain filed for her crime sexual abuseafter the kiss he gave on the mouth to Jenny Hermosoin the final of the Women’s World Cup.
The 46-year-old had initially refused to resign as president of the Spanish federation, however the FIFA suspended him even temporarily from his duties. The player herself then pointed out that she never consented to this kisswhile everyone from the sports world and not only has rushed to her side.
On the other, his partners in the Spanish federation sent a letter today to UEFAin which, among other things, they argue that if the European federation decides to depose him Rubiales from his duties, then he will leave her… roof. Which means that Spanish teams competing in European competitions (Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League) will be automatically expelled and will not participate, which will be a big blow for UEFA.
Alongside, the Spaniard’s mother has decided to go on a hunger strike and asks Hermoso to tell the truth, stressing that her son accepts war for no reason.
