by

Alarm signaled to AEK after the news that the Steven Chuber has been ruled out of Switzerland’s World Cup qualifiers due to problem in the adductors. His annoyances were not unknown to the “yellow-blacks”, as he injected to play in the match with Apollon Smyrnis, while he also appeared confident that he would normally strengthen his national team in the matches with Italy (12/11) and Bulgaria ( 15/11).

Chuber is now returning to Athens, where he will arrive by Wednesday and will be re-examined by the people of the “Union”. The 30-year-old ace will start immediate treatments and he appears determined not to miss the AEK derby with Olympiakos at OAKA on November 21. There is a moderately optimism in the ranks of the team, but they are certainly waiting for the player in Athens to see up close his readiness.

It is noted that for the derby with Olympiakos it will be Simos Mitoglou available again, while Costas Galanopoulos remains out. As for Cican Stankovic and the problem he has in the meniscus, he will do the cleaning at the end of the first round, in order to take advantage of the break that exists from December 20 to January 5 in the championship.
