AEK announced Dzani

Stella Dzani became an AEK footballer on Friday. The Amateur Union announced the signing of the 34-year-old international striker for next year to strengthen the “yellow and black” attack line, having significant experience in the big division with many teams, while she was the third scorer in 2019-2020.

In detail, the announcement:

“AEK is pleased to announce the start of its collaboration with Stella Dzani. The 34-year-old international striker joins the club’s women’s football team.

Stella Dzani has played in many clubs, such as Elpides Agriniou, AO Drapetsonas, Olympiada Ymitto, Athenian Union, AO Glyfadas and Avantes Chalkida. In the 2019-2020 season, she came out as the third top scorer in the league, scoring 13 goals in one round (the league was suspended due to Covid).

In 2021, he was transferred to Panathinaikos, where he was competing until recently. In fact, she contributed the most to the two consecutive promotions from the 3rd national team to the 2nd and, from there, to the 1st, where, in fact, she was the first scorer of the “greens”.

He is international with our National team, counting dozens of appearances with the ‘blue and white’.

After the agreement was made official, Stella Dzani said to aek.gr: “I am very excited about my new beginning and my transfer to such a big and historic team, as AEK is. I am glad to have joined a team with high goals. I will give my best so that the team can achieve its goals.
