Stefano Francioza, who left Panachaiki

We thank him for what he has offered to our Association all this time and above all for the fact that he worked with dedication for everything that Panachaiki stands for.

We wish him continued success in his career with personal and collective successes.

Here is Stefanos Franciosa’s resignation statement:



“I would like to officially announce my resignation from the position of Coach of Panachaki.

This decision was taken after careful consideration of the current circumstances and challenges we face as a team.

During my tenure, we put a lot of effort into our training and matches, however our score does not accurately reflect the hard work put in by the entire Coaching staff and Players. From the beginning, we encountered obstacles and these challenges continue to exist. It is unfortunately the reality of the current situation.

I express my sincere thanks to the owners of the club for their trust in me and for the incredible support given to me by the entire Panachaki family. The Administrative and racing help I received from everyone involved with PAE was immeasurable. I would like to acknowledge the unwavering commitment and cooperation of our staff, both on and off the pitch, as they have played an essential role in our journey.

I have to give my special appreciation to the players. While our partnership may have been relatively short, I’m sure they recognized my unwavering determination to succeed on the field. I wish I could have contributed more to their development and progress.

I also want to express my gratitude to the dedicated fans of Panachaki. The persistent challenges experienced by the club brought frustration. I understand that not everyone was happy with our performance. However, it is important to recognize the particular circumstances and time constraints we faced in building a competitive team. Despite the vast history and stature of this club, we have worked with dedication to preserve its legacy, a fact that cannot be disputed.

As I leave, my most fervent wish is that Panachaiki finds a brighter path in the future, returning to where it truly belongs. May the club overcome its current difficulties and succeed in this demanding league.

I want to plead with supporters of the team to continue to stand by our dedicated players, who work every day to achieve these goals.
