Bogits of Kifissia announced

Slobodan Bojic became a Kifissia player on Wednesday. Northern suburbs TAA have announced the signing of the 31-year-old Montenegrin international winger for this season as a replacement for the injured Jovan Delic.

Bojić previously played for the Slovenian club Salomit Anhovo.

In detail, the announcement:

“The Kifissia Volleyball Sports Club announces the start of its collaboration with the athlete Slobodan Bojic for the 2023-24 season. The 31-year-old (August 11, 1992 – height 2.01 m.) winger from Montenegro has been in our country for a few twenty-four hours and has integrated with the rest of the team.

It is noted that he is the replacement of his compatriot, Jovan Delic, who was unlucky in the training of the ‘blue and white’, sustaining a fracture in his right elbow.

In his first statements as an athlete of AOP Kifissia, Slobodan Bojic emphasized: “I am happy to be in a club with great tradition and history. A club that always strives for the best possible result. We have a new team and we are in the stage where one is learning each other’s game.

We work hard in training, while the preparation games make us better day by day.”

Then, the new transfer acquisition of Kifissia, noted: “The start of the league for Kifissia is a few days away and we are invited to present ourselves at the official matches completely ready. We have quality and we really want to achieve something good this year as well. Of course, we are all looking forward to the double matches with Galatasaray for the Challenge Cup, as it is a great challenge. I wish you a good year with health”.
