A meeting that lasted more than an hour was held by the Board of Super League 2 with a delegation of PSAPP.
Martsukos, Stamoulis and Bougidiswho gave the “present” in terms of Super League 2, and Giorgos Bandis, Vasilis Papadopoulos, Kostas Papadopoulos and John Brachos who represented PSAPP, discussed the big problems facing the Super League 2 championship, which can lead up to and suspension.

“The meeting of the Presidium of Super League 2 with the delegation of PSAPP, consisting of Messrs. Giorgos Bandis, Vassilis Papadopoulos, Costas Papadopoulos and Yannis Brachos, which lasted more than an hour.
Messrs. Martsoukos, Stamoulis and Vougidis informed the football players’ association about the problems the League is currently facing and which may lead to the suspension of the Championship.
Specifically, they referred to the indifference of ERT SA. to proceed with the renewal and continuation of the television contract, based on the law (art. 25 para. 2a N4809/21), as a result of which the teams are deprived of a significant income and endanger the viability of the football players.
The PSAPP was also informed of the current situation in which Super League 2 received last season’s competition less than 5% from the taxation of the bettors’ profits, instead of the 17% provided for in the original KYA ( 21/12/21 no 620241 K.Y.A.), of which he requests the reinstatement and full implementation.
The board of the Super League 2 essentially requested the assistance of the PSAPP in the current situation, so that as a fist PAE, footballers and competent bodies help to normalize the situation and the continuation of the Super League 2 championship”.
