Bayern with strength, bent with a reversal and… Stuttgart beat Dortmund

From the first half, the hosts were in control of the match, but it did not capitalize. Firis squandered an opportunity to put his side ahead in the 11th minute after missing a penalty, with Philkrug scoring against the run of play in the 36th minute. Udav responded six minutes later. Girassi came on in the 67th minute of the match and a quarter later scored the winning goal, making it 15 of the season.

In the lower-placed derby, Darmstadt and Mainz drew 0-0, with the latter unable to continue their winning streak, remaining on seven points and in the danger zone. Home team kept at +1.
