With a comfortable victory, Olympiacos continued its progress in A1 women’s basketball. The “red and white” defeated Proteas Voulas 77-56 in the postponed match for the third matchday of A1 women’s basketball.
Thanos Niklas’ side did not impress with their performance, however they held a strong lead for most of the game. With the victory, Olympiacos reduced its gap with the leader Panathinaikos to one point.
The first scorer was Eleanna Christinaki with 17 points, while Rebecca Tobin followed with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Alexia stood out for Proteas with 15.
