Alexis Kougias made known his move with which he essentially takes the conflict that has arisen for the derby with AEK to the Greek justice system. The vice president of PAE Olympicand its legal advisor, at the press conference in Karaiskakis, made it known that today the red and whites filed a lawsuit against Takis Baltakou, Stavros Mandalos, the head referee Freudfeld and even the referees of last Sunday’s match for forming a gang.
“Today PAE Olympiacos filed a lawsuit before the Piraeus Prosecutor’s Office, with which the offenses of forming a gang and the commission of the felony of article 132 of the sports law, paragraphs 1 and 4, are defined, which define anyone who influences the outcome of a football match with similar actions, who is included in a betting organization shall be punished by imprisonment of 2 to 5 years”said Alexis Kougias and continued:
“The defendants are the president of the EPO, Mr. Takis Baltakos, Peter Freudfeld, president of the three-member central arbitration committee, Stavros Mandalos, member of the central arbitration committee, Yannis Spyropoulos, member of the central arbitration committee, Boris Mafielka, arbitrator, the well-known referee who made the orgies in the Olympiacos-AEK game, his two assistants, Andrey Hemu and Matei Zekou, Christian Michel, the one whom EPO and KED introduced as Christian Mikel, is the VAR who does not saw anything in the game. And also, Mr. Andreas Meidanas, referee from EPS Achaia”.
Alexis Kougias then stated:
“In our complaint that this criminal gang with fraud of the first degree selected a referee, assistants and VAR from Slovakia, from a league that is known worldwide for fixing football matches. They chose a referee who has been repeatedly accused in his own country of taking bribes to referee matches included in the bet and bring about the results he wants.”concluded by stating that there are 19 refereeing errors that Olympiacos complains about.
