Without any development, the case of racist attack on Vinicius.

The incident happened last season in February during a match with Osasuna at the “El Sadar” stadium, where on camera someone from the crowd can be heard shouting racist insults at the Brazilian winger. However, the court decided to archive the case, due to lack of evidence for the identity of the perpetrator.

“From what happened, it is clear that the events could constitute a crime, but there is not enough evidence to know the identity of the perpetrators. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of article 641.2 of the Criminal Procedure Law, it is appropriate to agree on the temporary dismissal and, in accordance with article 634 of the same legal text, that no proceedings are pending, the record of these actions”specifically reported by her prosecutor’s office Pamplona.

While in general a more concerted effort has been made to deal with it racism in the Spanish fields, there is a risk of impunity to give other potential perpetrators the ability to do similar acts, having the “cover” of anonymity.
