Another footballer who made the Europe – Saudi Arabia route seems to want to return to his previous team. THE Sergei Milinkovich-Savic wants to go back to Lazio just six months after leaving Italy.
The Serbian defensive midfielder has been playing for Al Hilal since the summer and on Saturday met at Riyadh airport with his former teammates, who were in Arabia for the Italian Super Cup final. According to reports he spoke with them and expressed his desire to return to Lazio to compete at the highest level again.

The 28-year-old has previously been on the transfer list of Europe’s biggest clubs, but in July 2023 he left for Al Hilal for €40 million. This season he has nine goals and five assists in 22 matches.
