Last Wednesday, world and Serbian basketball was plunged into grief with the news of his untimely death Dejan Milojevic, who passed away in old age 46 years old after a heart attack suffered during a Golden State Warriors luncheon.
The Serbian, who served as an assistant to the “warriors” alongside Steve Kerr, had been the first coach in his hometown team, Megafor an eight-year period (2012/20), bringing out from the “bowels” of the club top athletes such as Nikola Jokic, Ivica Zubac, Vasilije Micic and Goga Bitatze.
Wanting to honor Milojevic’s memory, Mega’s management took the decision to rename their stadium from “Mega Factory” to “Dejan Milojevic Training Center”making it a great move for a team legend.
Hall “Mega Factory” changed name to “Dejan Milojevic” Training Center.
