In the afternoon, the football players of ARIS trained at the facilities of the Dasygenei Sports Center.
In today’s program they were divided into two groups (recovery for the first, activation, joint exercises, passing game, offensive tactics exercises and tactical game for the second group).
Neven Jurasek and Julian Cuesta followed an individual program, Jean-Jules Embudo treated and individual, while Jakub Brambetz, who stepped up his pace, participated in part of the training.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, the footballers of our team will train in the morning at “Dasygeneio” and after the completion of the training, the assignment will be announced for Wednesday’s match against Niki Volou (24/01, 18:00), as part of the phase of the “8” of the “Betsson Greek Cup” (1st Competition) of the 2023-2024 season.
