The relevant announcement
The EPO Disciplinary Committee made the following decisions at its last meeting.
1. It imposes on Alexios Kougias, president of the “PAS Korinthos” association, the disciplinary penalty of banning entry to any stadium for a period of two and a half (2.5) months (abuse of a referee, pushing an assistant referee, insulting a referee team in the locker room).
It imposes a fine of 1,200 euros on the association “PAS Korinthos”.
He threatens the union with a fine of 2,000 euros, in the event of non-compliance with the ban on entry imposed on Alexios Kougias.
Postpones the issuing of a decision on the second disciplinary action (threats-intimidation) concerning the same match, in order for a) Alexios Kougias to appear again, b) the “PAS Korinthos” union as objectively responsible for the actions of its president and c ) the complainant, Panagiotis Diakofotis, under whose supervision the witness proposed by him will be called, in order to provide clarifications and evidence about the legal incident.
He sets a new hearing on February 1, 2024, Thursday at 4:00 p.m.

It imposes on Charalambos Charalambidis, assistant coach of the association, the following disciplinary penalties: a) a fine of 834 euros and b) a penalty of banning entry to the playing field for 15 days.
He threatens the “Paneleusiniakos” association with a fine of 1,667 euros, in case of non-compliance with the penalty of banning entry to the playing field for 15 days imposed on the second and third of the inmates.
