I started to think about it, it didn’t start this year but from last year when it was a very difficult season and there were moments where if I was in another team I would have said ‘thank you all but we have to part ways now’. It was very important for me to help get the team back on track. It was all that was on my mind. When I realized that it was done, that we had a really good team with huge potential and a very good age, with great characters and all that, then I could think about myself again and that was the decision I made. It’s not what I want to do, but it’s what I think is 100% right“, he added.
