Dry cleaning of Real Madrid in Villeurbanne with a terrible Giabuseli!

Spray, wipe, you’re done for her Real Madrid on Thursday night, with the Spaniards prevailing “off” with score 86-79 her Villerban at the “WiZink Center” for the 25th matchday of the Euroleague.

Chus Mateo’s team entered the third period with speed gained from the good finale of the first 20 minutes. Playing aggressive and dynamic defense, the hosts kept their opponent to zero in the first 3.5 minutes. In the same period, Poirier and Hezonia connected with the opposing basket, shooting the difference to +17 (52-35), reaching up to at +18 for 55-37 a bit later. Then, Villeurbanne turned up the heat and with the three-pointers of Thomas, Scott and Leidy it was reduced to 8 (56-48) in the 28th minute, before Real found solutions in the finale and closed the quarter at +12 for 62-50.

In the fourth and final period, Real Madrid properly managed their lead, which they even extended to +16 (77-61), before the French reduced it in the final for the final 86-79.
