That UEFA Nations League 2024-2025 is extended with an additional knockout round to be held in March 2025.
League A group winners and runners-up will participate in home and away quarter-finals, with the winners of these qualifying for the competition’s Final Four. The teams that will occupy the 4th place in League A and B are automatically relegated to B and C respectively. The two worst fourth-placed teams in League C are relegated to League D.
The four group winners in League B and League C as well as the two group winners in League D are automatically promoted to Divisions A, B and C respectively.
League A’s third-placed teams and League B’s runners-up, as well as League B’s third-placed teams and League C’s runners-up, will play double legs (home and away) for their promotion and relegation. There will also be play off matches between the two best fourth teams from League C and the two runners-up from League D.
