Request to the Super League to postpone the match with PAOK filed by Olympic. The “red and whites” are going to face the “double-header of the North” on Sunday (18/2, 20:30) in the context of the 23rd game of the league, but they asked for the match to be moved to another date, due to their European commitments.
The cooperative announced that it will take place extraordinary board of directors on Thursday (15/2) at 15:45, with the above as the only item on the agenda. It is reminded that Piraeus hosts Ferentsvaros tomorrow (15/2, 19:45) for the Conference League, on Sunday (18/2) they face PAOK away from home, while then they play the rematch (22/2) with the Hungarians away headquarters.
The Super League update
It is announced that tomorrow, Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 3:45 p.m., a meeting of the Super League Board of Directors will be held, via video conference.
The only item on the agenda is as follows:
– From 13/2/2024 PAE Olympiacos request to postpone the match “PAOK – Olympiacos”, which is set for 18/2/2024 (8:30 p.m.), redefining this and any consequential changes in the definition of matches for the following matches of the regular season (matchdays 24, 25 and 26) and in the annual men’s Super League 1 summary schedule.
It is noted that the above meeting is convened with application of the 24-hour convening deadline, according to article 20 par. 1 of the statutes of the Cooperative, due to an extremely urgent case, as the above issue concerns, among other things, the upcoming match “PAOK – Olympiacos” which is set for Sunday 2/18/2024.
