Lamia: “We will not talk about the team with the most penalties and the fewest cards”

by

Visibly irritated, Mr Yannis Alafouzos made statements to COSMOTE TV after Panathinaikos’ 2-2 draw with Lamia at the Leoforos stadium.

The Passionatetoday, responded with a statement to the words of its owner PAE Panathinaikossaying that they will not talk about the team with the most penalties and the fewest cards.

And they continue, mentioning that their team proved its dynamics, quality and strength in yesterday’s game.

The announcement in detail:

For another matchday, our team proved its dynamics, the work done every day, its quality as well as its strength. Inside the Leoforos stadium, we faced Panathinaikos on equal footing. Although we played from the 39th minute with 10 players, we took the lead and managed to equalize the match by making it 2-2 and it almost became 2-3 with the incredible four-four missed. So we didn’t just stand up in the game, but we looked our opponent in the eye and claimed what was rightfully ours. We rightly consider that we are in 6th place in the standings and we are entitled to look only ahead and Europeanly.

It should be noted for the record that the total delays in both halves in this particular game were 16 minutes. As far as fantasy penalties are concerned, we will not talk about the team that has won the most (10) in the league so far and has received the fewest yellow cards. Silence is sometimes golden.

We continue with our goals and values, for our city and our world, for a clean championship where the one who is the best and deserves it will win!
