b/ on from 17/02/2024 Reports of the Observers of the organizer and DEAB, respectively.
2) Administrative sanction for holding one (1) sports meeting as the home team without the presence of spectators, in any national event, at PAOK PAOK, based on Article 1A of Law 4326/2015, as added by Article 10 of Law 5085/2024 , due to the throwing by the fans of three (3) firecrackers in the stands and two, full of contents, bottles inside the playing area, during the PAE PAOK – PAE Olympiacos SFP match, held on 02/18/2024 in Thessaloniki for the Super League Championship.
The above was recorded, according to the limited competence of the Commission regarding the imposition of the penalty:
a/ to the incident report of the General Policing Department of the Thessaloniki Police Department from 19/02/2024
b/ in the suggestive report from 20/02/2024 of the Directorate for Combating Violence in Sports Venues (YAVAX) to Mr. Prosecutor of the Military Court of Thessaloniki
c/ in the supplementary report from 20/02/2024 of the same Sub-Directorate
d/ on from 19/02/2024 Reports of the Observers of the organizing authority and DEAB, respectively.
B) OTHER DECISIONS OF THE DEAB
1) Administrative sanction (fine) of fifteen thousand (15,000) euros to Mr. Beo Achillea for the behavior towards the football player Mr. Andreas Tettei, during the football match PAE Kifissia – PAE Volos for the Super League championship, held on 11/02/2024 at the municipal stadium of Kaisariani, in accordance with article 1 par. 2 of law 4326/2015, as amended and in force with article 9 of law 5085/2024.
2) Invitations to a hearing, for Monday 26/02/2024 at 11.00, by their legal – statutory representatives, to the amateur football clubs with the brands APOLLON PONTION and MANDRAIKOS, for serious incidents between their fans that included fights and shootings during the match between them that took place on 18/02/2024 at the stadium of Goritsas Aspropyrgos for the championship of the A’ Local Category of the Union of Football Associations of Western Attica (EPSDA), which was suspended as a result of the above.
