Ice cream at Midland!
As it became known from Danish and Swedish media, the team’s experienced defensive midfielder, Christopher Olsonhas been intubated in the hospital for a few hours now, after a fainting episode on February 20!
As announced by the club, Olsson was taken to Aarhus University Hospital, where he was diagnosed with brain disease the type of which has not yet been clarified, but it is not related to any injury, nor is it caused by external factors.
In its announcement, Midland invites the public and the country’s media to show understanding and discretionwhile underlining that it will not make further updates until significant new information emerges.
Specifically, he stated that: “A team of leading Danish medical experts is currently working hard to make a diagnosis and start the right treatment. Since hospitalization, Christopher has been surrounded by his family and Midland staff members and cared for by experts in the field. Midland is asking the public to show respect and understanding to give Christopher, his family and the doctors the peace of mind they need to ensure his treatment and recovery as best as possible. Everyone at Midland is of course deeply affected by Christopher’s sudden illness and our thoughts and full support go out to him and his family.”
