Lamia reacts to the decision of the DEAB: “The DAK is absolutely legal – do we ultimately want people in the stadiums or not?”

Her reaction Lamias caused by decision to play without fans Sunday’s match against AEK (17:00) for the premiere of the playoffs, because the security cameras at “Athanassios Diakos” are not fully operational.

The Fthiotida team makes it clear that the stadium now meets all the security conditions that have been set, since the three expected cameras were installed today. “Finally we ask ourselves: Do we want people in the stadiums or not?“, concludes the announcement of Lamia, which had issued tickets for the game.

Lamia’s announcement:

With particular surprise, we were informed at 22:11 (!) on the evening of Thursday 7/3 by a letter from the Permanent Committee for Combating Violence that due to the incomplete operation of the closed-circuit monitoring system at the DAK Lamia “Ath. Diakos”, (due to the lack of 3 cameras that had been ordered from abroad and were received yesterday and their installation has already been completed today) the match on Sunday 10/3 (65 hours before) with AEK will take place behind closed doors!!

However, we inform the sports fans that now the DAK Lamia is 100% legal and meets all the necessary conditions for holding a safe match and we invite all the competent authorities to check and certify the legal operation of our stadium’s monitoring system, 55 hours before the start of the match .

And finally we ask ourselves: Do we want people in the stadiums or not?
