The incident between Schiza and the AEK gymnast is forwarded to the Misdemeanor Prosecutor

The recent “double-header” derby in Pylaia that found her AEK wins 94-85 over PAOK for the 19th matchday of the Stoiximan Basket League, had an intense… third half right after the match ended.

Specifically, Stavros Schizas and the “yellow and black” trainer, Stratos Tsampis, had an argument towards the end of the match, which led to the expulsion of the PAOK player. The episode, however, continued after the match, with results to hold hands outside the locker roomand again need the intervention of others so that the spirits are calmed down and much worse images are avoided.

On the occasion of what happened, the Sports Referee of ESAKE forwarded the case to the competent Criminal Prosecutor of Thessalonikiwho will investigate the incident ex officio for prosecuted criminal acts.

The decisions of the Sports Referee in detail:



PAOK:

“1. A fine of five hundred (500.00) euros is imposed on PANTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLITIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIME ETIERIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE) a) a fine of five hundred (500.00) euros due to abusive slogans which are not addressed to natural persons or do not constitute an insult to national symbols during the match and b) a monetary fine of two thousand (2,000.00) euros for events that took place inside the field, outside the field, immediately after the end of the match, during the Championship match with the team of the ATHLETIKI ENOSI KONSTANTINOUPOLEOS – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014), held on 2-3-2024.

2. PANTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIRIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE) is exempted for the disciplinary offense attributed to it regarding the sound interference during the same match as above.

3. Stavros Schizas, basketball player of PANTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIRIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE) is released for the charge of particularly serious disciplinary offense which took place during the above match and

In accordance with the provisions of article 39, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Procedure Code, all the documents referred to in the rationale of this document are forwarded to the competent Criminal Prosecutor of Thessaloniki, for his own actions, for the investigation of ex officio criminal acts as they are described in detail in the rationale of this document. .

AEK:

“1. It is imposed on the ATHLETIC UNION OF CONSTANTINOPLE – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY ANONYMOUS 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014) on the ATHLETIC UNION OF CONSTANTINOUPOLE – AEK – NEW ATHLETIC SOCIETY OF BASKETBALL MEN 2014 MEN 2014 (d.t. AEK NEA KAE 2014) monetary a fine of two thousand (2,000.00) euros for events that took place inside the field, outside the playing field, immediately after the end of the match, during the Championship match with the team of PANTTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKIOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d .t. PAOK 2004 KAE) held on 2-3-2024.

2. Efstratios Tsampis, gymnast of the CONSTANTINOUPOLE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014), is acquitted for the charge of sports misconduct by a coach or assistant coach, which took place on the above match.

3. In accordance with the provisions of article 39 par. 3 of the CPC, all the documents referred to in the reasoning of the above decision are forwarded to the competent Criminal Prosecutor of Thessaloniki, for his own actions, for his (the Criminal Prosecutor of Thessaloniki’s) actions, to be investigated ex officio prosecuted criminal acts as such are described in detail in the reasoning of the decision”.
