PAOK gives instructions to its friends who will travel to Belgium based on the information it has received from the Belgians. As stated in the relevant announcement by the Two-Headed of the North, the mayor of Bruges pointed out that any friend of the Greek team found in the city without a ticket will then be arrested.

“PAOK has a date with its history in Belgium and of course it will not be alone. Friends of Dikephalos from every corner of Europe will be at the team’s side to support them, delivering yet another stand-up seminar in a rival venue. paokfc.gr has collected everything PAOK fans who will be in Bruges need to know.
The Mayor of the city sent detailed instructions for the PAOK fans who will watch our team’s away game in Bruges. We ask our fans to comply with the following, for their own safety, but also to avoid any possibility of their exclusion from the possible historic continuation in the UEFA Europa Conference League. We are all teammates in this historic game. Detailed instructions received by PAEK PAOK from the Municipal Authority of Bruges:
PAOK fans who will be in the city without a ticket will be arrested by the Belgian police. The tickets to which PAE PAOK is entitled for the game have been sold out. No sports fan should go near the city without a ticket to the match.
The use of pyrotechnic materials (firecrackers, flares, torches, smoke generators) is prohibited from 13:00 on the day of the match. Violators risk a fine and ban from entering the stadium.
Concealment of identity is prohibited throughout the city. Sports fans who will be in the city are prohibited from wearing masks, full face, balaclavas and anything that can hide their identity.
The use of glass bottles is prohibited within the city of Bruges.
The meeting point of the friends of Dikephalos will be the Eiermarkt (8000 Brugge, Belgium). An announcement will follow with detailed details about the transition to the stadium.
From the meeting point there will be free buses that will take the PAOK fans to the stadium and return them there after the end of the match.
Those fans who will arrive in the city with their personal vehicles should park them in the city center, either at the station or in the Z’t Zand underground car park and go to the meeting point to depart from there for the stadium, as there is no there is parking available at the stadium”.
