A fine of 15,000 euros by the DEAB to the football player of Rhodes for the criminal karate on an opponent!

The DEAB imposed a fine of 15,000 euros on football player Babi Tagaev for his criminal act to Manolis Nasopoulos during the match between Iraklis Lardos and Poseidonas Karpathos for the championship of the EPS Dodecanese.

With the no. 17/15-04-2024 its decision imposed an administrative fine of ten thousand euros (€10,000) on the association – a member of the Union of Football Associations of the Dodecanese (EPSD) with the name “ATHLETIKOS SYLLOGOS KARPATHOU O POSEIDON” due to the extensive nature of the of episodes, which objectively constitute a particularly defamatory image for sports, which took place during the sports meeting between the teams AE LARDOU HERACLES – AS KARPATHOU O POSEIDON at the municipal stadium of Lardo, island of Rhodes, on 6-4-2024, for the organization of the A’ Local amateur football category of the EPSD season 2023/2024, as well as due to the immediate risk of even more serious injuries.

C. With the no. 18/15-04-2024 imposed a decision against the association – a member of the Union of Football Associations of Dodecanese (EPSD) with the name “LARDOU HERACLES SPORTS ASSOCIATION”

an administrative fine of ten thousand euros (€10,000) and

ban on selling tickets to his fans in his home matches for two (2) match days,

due to the extensive nature of the incidents, which objectively constitute a particularly defamatory image for sports, which took place during the sports meeting between the teams AE LARDOU HERACLIS – AS KARPATHOU O POSEIDON at the municipal stadium of Lardo, on the island of Rhodes, on 6-4- 2024, for the organization of the 1st Local amateur football category of the EPSD season 2023/2024, as well as due to the immediate risk of even more serious injuries.

D. With the no. 19/15-04-2024 its decision imposed an administrative fine of fifteen thousand euros (€15,000) on the natural person, TAGAEV Babis – Charalambos, resident of Lardos Rhodes, due to the defamatory, unsportsmanlike and dangerous nature of his entire behavior, as and the immediate risk of an even more serious injury to his fellow athlete from her, during the sports meeting between the teams AE LARDOU HERACLES – AS KARPATHOU O POSEIDON at the municipal stadium of Lardos, on the island of Rhodes, on 6-4-2024, for the organization of the A ΄ Local amateur football category of the EPSD competition season 2023/2024.
