Olympiakos extra-judicial from Kouya to EPO and football prosecutor: Requests that Almeida be prosecuted

The well-known criminologist also complains about his own punishment for the AEK-Olympiakos derby, but also about not being called to an apology by the president of Aris, Theodoros Karypides, in Aris-Olympiakos.

In detail, the extra-judicial statement states:

As you know, PAE OLYMPIAKOS in the last special years and after the election of the new administration of the EPO and the selection of all of you in the positions you serve has suffered an endless and unprecedented persecution with the exercise of disciplinary proceedings by the first two of you who pursue disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the law following the delivery to you of publications, videos and other evidence as a result of which both PAE OLYMPIAKOS and the natural persons who manage it have been repeatedly punished with excruciating penalties both in terms of monetary fines and ban on entering the stadiums and the changing rooms, both of PAE OLYMPIAKOS, and in the changing rooms of the opposing teams, when we compete away from home, with the result that there is always a lack of psychological and material support for the football team, which especially when away from home games is treated with behaviors of agents and authorized persons which often meet the objective nature of criminal offences.

The first two of you in cooperation with the third and fourth of you, while exhausting all rigor when in your judgment disciplinary offenses are committed by PAE OLYMPIAKOS and its environment, “turn a blind eye”, violating your duty the first two by you, when very serious disciplinary offenses are committed against PAE OLYMPIAKOS and its administrative officers which, according to the disciplinary code of the EPO, are punishable by severe disciplinary punishments and I have been characterized, we mention the following completely recent cases:

1) The second of you at the behest of the first of you brought disciplinary proceedings because in the recent play off match between PAE AEK and PAE OLYMPIAKOS from an illegal video which is procedurally prohibited to be taken into account and from an accompanying document drawn up by the biggest trash of Greek journalism the blackmailer of Lavrentiadis who for 4 sheets of the VETO newspaper collected from the blackmailed Lavrentiadis through the still wanted Kyriakides, how much of the 20,000,000 euros to sell him this pamphlet of 100 sheets of circulation brought disciplinary action against him Vice President of PAE OLYMPIAKOS, leading Greek criminologist Alexios Kougias, because according to the second of you, this illegal video proved that Mr. Kougias insulted a completely unidentified person and he was imposed a disciplinary penalty of not entering the locker room where OLYMPIAKOS competes for 15 days.

3) All of you, while it was published in the written press and on the websites that Theodoros Karypidis, a person who due to a burdensome criminal record, due to criminal prosecutions, has no right to be either a shareholder or an administrative agent of PAE ARIS, that is why he was making fun of 2 years in Super League 1, when he appeared as the owner and president of PAE ARIS, while in fact the president and owner of PAE ARIS had been appointed by him, a first cousin of his, who was a farmer and a permanent resident of a small mountain village in Veria , after the recent fight of PAE ARIS against PAE OLYMPIAKOS with obscene gestures and vulgar expressions, he provoked and insulted the 2 vice-presidents of PAE OLYMPIAKOS Mr. Kougia and Mr. Karapapa and no disciplinary action was taken against him and at the expense of PAE ARIS, violating the first 2 your duty by proving once again your intention to favor the dominant in the background, PAE AEK, a background which he completely controls through the close associate of Dimitris Melissanidis, Yiannis Papadopoulos, PAE AEK and the only one what you are interested in is that disciplinary proceedings be brought against the Vice President of PAE OLYMPIAKOS, Alexios Kougias, even for alleged violations, which took place even in November 2023, even in amateur league matches.

However, the culmination of all these deliberate omissions of yours is the non-exercise of disciplinary action until this moment when we are writing this, against the coach of PAE AEK, Matias Almeidas, who without any great reason, as demonstrated by the images that on I saw almost 5 minutes from all the TV stations, but also in direct broadcast from the subscription channel that broadcasted the particular match. HE TRIED TO HIT A DEFENSELESS MAN, WHO REACTED AT ALL WITH THE LATER EXCUSE THAT HE ALLEGEDLY PUSHED HIM!!!! !!!!!!

BECAUSE everything we mention above is true and proven by publications, videos, sites and TV shows, as well as by eyewitnesses and hearsay witnesses.

BECAUSE this document constitutes the absolute protest for all these intentional, in our judgment, violations and omissions of yours, with the aim of favoring PAE AEK and its close football environment, which includes PAE ARIS.

WHEREAS, we hereby denounce all such unlawful conduct and request immediately today that you take disciplinary action against both the individuals and the PAEs involved.

BECAUSE OF THIS

We invite you to take the appropriate legal actions regarding both violations of the Disciplinary Code and the Criminal Code.

OTHERWISE, we declare that PAE OLYMPIAKOS will take action against you, in accordance with what is provided for in article 259 of the Criminal Code regarding breach of duty.
