Argyris Mavrovouniotis remains at Pegasos Polichnis. The TAA of the Thessaloniki team announced the renewal of the partnership with the experienced international winger for the fourth consecutive season to help Pegasus stay comfortably in the next Men’s Volleyball League.
In detail, the announcement:
“The Board of Directors of Pegasus Polichni is very happy to announce the renewal of the cooperation with the captain and winger, Argyris Mavrovouniotis, for the fourth consecutive year.
The management of Pegasus reached an agreement with the captain and, thus, the successful cooperation will continue in the new season 2024-25. Argyris Mavrovouniotis has associated his name with Pegasos Polichnis, he is an integral part of the team and has contributed the most to the achievement of its goals all these years”.
Regarding the renewal of the partnership, Mavrovouniotis said: “I am very happy that for the fourth year we will continue together with the team of Pegasus Polichnis. The past year ended on a positive note, as we achieved the goal of sixth place and our participation in the Balkan Cup. In the first year we said with the administration that the goal is promotion to the Volley league. Then, the establishment of Pegasus in the big category.
Two years later, we have achieved this. For this and next year, my personal goal will be to take the above step. The moves being made are at a very good level to achieve this goal. I wish health to all athletes! The trip goes on”.
