OLYMPIAKOS KAE) due to abusive slogans which are not addressed to natural persons or do not constitute an insult to national symbols, during the Championship match with team of the CHOLARGOU BASKETBALL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (d.t. KOLOSSOS H HOTELS KAE) held on 12-5-2024.
Mr. Ilias Papatheodorou, coach of the ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION OF PATRONS PROMITHEAS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (d.t. PROMITHEAS PATRONS KAE) is imposed a written reprimand with a parallel announcement to the press for abusive behavior in the face of the 2nd referee, during the Championship match with team of PANATHINAIKOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETAIREIA (d.t. KAE PANATHINAIKOS) held on 10-5-2024.
1. One (1) reprimand and a monetary fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros is imposed on the GYMNASTICS CLUB OF PERISTERIOU 1971 BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d.t. PERISTERI KAE) for the second warning due to abusive slogans of extensive intensity addressed to natural persons, against the Championship match with her team during the championship match with her team ATHLETIKOS SYLLOGOS PATRON PROMITHEAS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETEIRIA (d.t. PROMITHEAS PATRON KAE), which took place on 12-5-2024 and

That of the other categories for the above match is exempted, namely: a) for the disciplinary offense of uttering insulting slogans which are not addressed to natural persons or do not constitute an insult to national symbols, b) for an offense that cannot be characterized as of particular gravity or defamatory to the sport (i.e. verbal abuse on the part of an individual spectator) and c) for another offense that cannot be characterized as particularly serious or defamatory to the sport (posting a banner), for the above match.
1) ARIS BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d.t. ARIS KAE 2003) is exempted for not using the change box, during the Championship match with the team of PANATHINAIKOS OMILOS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONYMI ETERIA (d.t. KAE PANATHINAIKOS), which was held yesterday on 13-5-2024 and
2) A fine of seven hundred (700.00) euros is imposed on ARIS BASKETBALL SOCIETY (d.t. ARIS KAE 2003) due to abusive slogans which are not addressed to natural persons or do not constitute an insult to national symbols, for the above match».
