The last six teams for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games were confirmed after the 3×3 Olympic qualifying tournament which was held in Debrecen, Hungary from May 16 to 19.
The teams that qualified for the Olympic Games are:
MEN: Serbia, USA, China, Latvia, Netherlands, France, Lithuania, Poland
WOMEN: China, USA, France, Azerbaijan, Australia, Germany, Spain, Canada
In the category of of men, France got the ticket to the Olympic Games to be held in their country after defeating Mongolia with a buzzer beater by Timote Vergia (21-20) who also took the title of MVP of the tournament. Lithuania earned the second ticket with their impressive victory over Poland (21-15)
At women both matches were decided by bazaar beaters at the end of the match. In the first of two games that offered a ticket to the Olympics, Svenia Brunckhorst silenced the crowd with a buzzer beater to end the game 19-17 as Spain beat Canada in the last second to advance to the Paris 2024 Olympics with another incredible backhand shot from Gratia Alonso.

Canada earned the last available ticket after defeating hosts Hungary 21-10, and world No. 1 player Kathryn Plouffe was named the tournament’s MVP.
The 3×3 tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will be held in Place de La Concorde from July 30th to August 5th.
