Lucescu: “Whoever wants me should talk to the boss – AEK has a special political power”

The Romanian coach spoke to his compatriots about the title battle won and the competition with AEK, which he said has a special political power. At the same time, he commented on the derby-final with Mars and the rumors of her interest Besiktas.

Regarding his future, he made it clear that he has a contract with the “black and white”, emphasizing that any team that wants him, should talk to Ivan Savvidis!

I can say that AEK has an excellent coach and a great team, but this year the championship was ours».

Regarding rumors of Besiktas’ interest in him, Razvan Lucescu said: “We just signed an extension of our partnership in February. The clause is not 7,000,000 euros, but it is 2,000,000 euros for Western Europe and 4,000,000 euros for the other countries».

To the journalist’s question about whether it is time for him to work for another European team, the Romanian coach of PAOK replied: “This is your opinion! Here at PAOK I am completely happy and satisfied. Two titles won and one stolen, in the five years I’ve worked here. There are four out of five Cup finals, with two wins in total. Plus two appearances in the quarter-finals of a European competition. In the club’s 98-year history, four championships, two with me. You realize that here I experienced an enormous professional satisfaction. It’s not easy for me to leave here and I don’t know if I want to. On Besiktas’ interest and what he knows about it: “I do not know something. I have a contract with PAOK, so so far I have not been interested in any discussion with anyone, I have not spoken with any team, with anyone in general from another club.
