The president of Corinth experienced the punishment of being banned from entering the locker room area and the playing field for 20 days. Alexis Kougiasas announced by the disciplinary committee of the Hellenic Football Federation.
In detail, the announcement:
“The EPO Disciplinary Committee made the following decision at its last meeting.
It imposes on Alexios Kougias, president of the “PAS Korinthos” union, the disciplinary penalty of banning entry to the locker room area and the playing field, for a period of 20 days (violation of articles 10 par. 1 para. b and par. 5 para. e’ in conjunction with 11 para. 1, 2 and 12 para. 1 of the Code).
It imposes a fine of 1,000 euros on the association “PAS Korinthos” (violation of articles 5, 6, 10 par. 1 par. b and 5 par. e’, in combination with art. 11 par. 1, 2, 4, 6 , 7, 8, art. 12 par. 2 and art. 14 par. 2, 3 of the Civil Code).
Exempts Alexios Kougias from the disciplinary violations of articles 19 and 20A of the Code of Civil Procedure.
He threatens the union “PAS Korinthos” with a fine of 1,667 euros, in the event of non-compliance with the ban on entry imposed on Alexios Kougias.
