With a significant absence, it seems that the Belgian national team will line up for the Euros, which starts next Friday (14/6).
Specifically, the 32-year-old right back, Thomas Meunierwas injured and forced off during Saturday’s (8/6) friendly against Luxembourg, which means he is unlikely to feature in Germany.
As announced, the Trabzonspor footballer suffered muscle injury and he will not travel with the rest of the Belgian national team to the host country next Wednesday (12/6), while in the following days he will undergo additional tests, in case he can be integrated, even if delayed.
Given that, however, the odds are not in his favor, and that is something that comes as a serious blow to Tedesco, who seemed to be earmarking him as a starter on the right-hand side of his defence.
Let’s remember that Belgium is located in 5th group of the Euro, along with Ukraine, Romania and Slovenia.
