Lamia’s preparation and friendly schedule

Lamia informed on Wednesday about the preparation program and the friendlies that will be held during it.

Analytically:

On Thursday 4/7 and Friday 5/7, the necessary blood tests will be performed, as well as the mandatory cardiological test, while the football players, divided into groups, will also perform their ergometric tests.

• On Monday 8/7 at 18:30 the first official gathering-training will take place at the training center of Nea Ambliani.

• From Monday 15/7 until Thursday 18/7, the team will move to Karpenisi, where they will stay at the “MONTANA” hotel, carrying out the initial stage of their preparation.

• On Sunday 21/7, the team will leave for Holland, where they will stay at the hotel “The Fallon Hotel Alkmaar” and will carry out the main stage of their preparation until Wednesday 31/7, where they will return to Greece.

• After returning from the Netherlands, the team’s training cycle will continue at the training center in New Amblian.

The friendlies scheduled to date are as follows:

• On 17/7 in Karpenisi against Panaitolikos

• On 7/30 in the Netherlands against Sparta Rotterdam and on 7/27 another friendly in the Netherlands with an opponent to be announced in the next few days.

• From 5 to 7/8 participation in the friendly games of the charity tournament of Volos at the Panthessaliko Stadium.
