His third transfer was formally completed by Olympicas it announced its acquisition Danny Garcia. The 34-year-old midfielder is essentially the first transfer of Jose Luis Mendiliber, who had recommended his acquisition after the departure of Vicente Ibora.
Garcia, who can compete as a “6” and “8”, yesterday underwent the necessary medical/ergometrics and signed a two-year contract.

PAE Olympiacos announces the acquisition of the Spanish midfielder, Dani Garcia, who was born on May 24, 1990, in the town of Zumarraga in the Basque Country.
He comes from Athletic Bilbao, with whom for six seasons he made 195 appearances, including 166 in La Liga, winning the Spanish Super Cup (20/21) and the Copa del Rey (23/24).
He started football in the youth ranks of Real Sociedad, who he signed for in 2012, having previously played for Alicante and Getafe.
From Real Sociedad he was loaned to Eibar, where he played for six seasons, making 223 appearances (105 under coach Jose Luis Mendiliber), three goals and five assists.
